Returns and Exchanges:

We aim to keep our customers happy and if we can accommodate a return we will.  However please make every effort to ensure that you  order the correct title/s and quantities as stock will often be sourced specifically for you.  For this reason it's not always possible to accept the return of bulk orders.  

It should be noted that as business-to-business transactions our returns policy is not governed by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
